The Evening Feast Menu

Beef Sticks: a grilled skewer dish of beef flavored with Garlic, pepper, sugar, and a touch of wine

 

Chicken Sticks: a grilled skewer dish of chicken flavored with salt, pepper, garlic, spices and a modified hoisin style sauce.

 

Tahini Udon: a noodle dish with Tahini, honey, sesame oil, and hot chilis (served cold)

 

Yellow Soup: a hearty soup of mutton, cardamom, rice, and ground garbanzo seasoned with saffron, coriander, and rice vinegar

 

Poppy Seed Buns: a milk batter bun coated with poppy seeds.

 

Beef Dumplings:  classic dumplings filled with beef, onion, garlic, and salt

 

Grilled Leeks:  kind of self explanatory

 

Asian Pancakes: traditional thin pancakes to be accompanied by honey butter, fruit butter, and molasses on the side
